V1.8.1: Add check_access URL param to the download links to check for download access; Automatic updates through the Joomla updater

V1.8: Do not try to call any template for display type none (product/invoice have already been handled, only the downloads page was affected and showed warning messages)

Make the order object available in the templates (so one can add checks on order status or date, like the revocation right termination message for downloads)

-) Send file size in http header
-) Check if the file exists and is readable on disk
-) Don't flush the queue before trying to change the header (will break if the header was already set before)

Version 1.5.4: Fix problems with large downloads (turn off the output cache and send the file in chunks)

Also rewrite the order status selectors to use the orderStatus Model. This automatically makes available the proper translations.
