New interrupt handling framework which covers both sleeping and NOT sleeping nodes  (#142, #149, #166, #154)

* Stopping the timer if setInputIsElapsed is on and a LOW value is set

* Added SensorSoilMoisture

* Updated docs with how to contribute instructions
